Google has managed to surprise everyone again. Today's news does not concern a new top-secret revolutionary product or project but a simple but somewhat unprecedented reorganization: all subsidiary companies will be divided into alphabetical order and will end up under the holding company called "Alphabet". To give confirmation of this is Larry Page, one of the two original founders of Google who will become CEO of Alphabet. The co-founder Brin Sergery instead take the role of Chairman while Sundar Pichai has been entrusted with the most important helm, to Google. The aim is to give greater flexibility to all business units present in the holding company.

In addition to structural change, Alphabet Inc will replace Google Inc. also on Wall Street: Google's shares will be converted to the same extent and will be kept the same privileges. Controlled so as Life Sciences, Calico, Google X and Fiber CEO will boast a different and suited to the ultimate goal it has set itself the company. Android, Search, YouTube and other services often accompanied to Android will remain below the historical checked Google and the letter "G".

If the "why" is rather obvious and is to be found in the incredible mass of business differentiation implemented by Google in recent years, what is most surprising of the Mountain View home is always the "how", original, mocking and with a touch of madness that made this great company.
