Sicuramente non ha niente a che vedere con il classico momento angolare, ma ne ha tutte le caratteristiche e le proprietà. Riferiamoci all'elettrone, la particella-non particella più attiva in Natura assieme al fotone. Permettetemi di considerarla come una vera particella, almeno per introdurre la problematica. Assumiamo che abbia anche una forma sferica, assimilandola ad una pallina di metallo. Essa ha due caratteristiche intrinseche: massa e forma. Esse esistono in qualsiasi stato essa si trovi. Tuttavia, se si mette in moto rettilineo uniforme, acquista una caratteristica fondamentale: la quantità di moto. Se, invece, si mette a ruotare di moto circolare uniforme, acquista momento angolare, ossia il momento della quantità di moto.

Giuseppe Cotellessa / Reported by Dr. Giuseppe Cotellessa Basandosi sul sistema di editing genetico CRISPR,  i ricercatori del MIT hanno progettato un nuovo  strumento in grado di eliminare i geni difettosi e  sostituirli con nuovi. /  Building on the CRISPR  gene-editing system, MIT researchers designed a  new tool that can snip out faulty genes and replace them with new ones.  CRISPR-Cas9 ha modificato il genoma umano negli ultimi dieci anni.  Sebbene i tipi di modifiche siano variati, una sfida irrisolta è stata l'integrazione di grandi pezzi di DNA senza rotture del DNA a doppio filamento.  Ora, un gruppo del MIT descrive un nuovo strumento chiamato PASTE (aggiunta programmabile tramite elementi di targeting specifici del sito) che ha fornito geni fino a 36.000 paia di basi di DNA a diversi tipi di cellule umane (così come alle cellule
